Maine’s premier vocal improvisation ensemble, ImproVox, offers a full
two-set
concert with
uniquely freeing music-making. An ImproVox performance may be wild or
reverent,
quirky or soulful, but never the same twice. Throughout the evening,
folks in the audience may be invited (never required)
to offer melodic ideas, word prompts, and even their own voices to help
create

- Music at the Market:
Discover the bounty of produce that local farmers have to offer at the
Brunswick Farmers' Market every Saturday 8:30-noon at Crystal Spring
Farm on Pleasant Hill Rd. Matt provides music at the market on
Saturday, July 24 and Saturday, October 2.
- Music Together Drop-In Classes:
Drop in for a class to try out Music Together with Matt or get your
summer fix to tide you over until the fall. Wednesday, July 28 at 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Classes will be held at the
Yarmouth Music Together Center at 374 US Route 1. $12 for a family of
one child or $15 for a family with multiple children. No need to
reserve a spot, but please show up a couple of minutes early if
possible.
- Friendship Days: Music, fun, auction, food. Matt performs Saturday, July 31 from 1-2 p.m.
- 3rd Maine Fairy House Festival:
Sunday, August 8. Build fairy houses, wands and crowns; stories and readings; fairy
games; teas; bubble machine, live performances, including ballet and
Matt Loosigian from 2-3 p.m. Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

- Concert in the Park:
Matt Loosigian performs a sing-a-long style show for all ages. Monday,
August 9 at 6:30 in the Falmouth Village Park. FREE.
- Great Falls Balloon Festival:
August 20-22. Come one and all for a free flying event with tons
of fun activites, food and live music. Matt performs on Sunday at
11 a.m. at the Simyard Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston.
- Bath Contradance:
The Dance is on vacation for the summer. Thank you to all of the
musicians, dancers and organizers. Stay posted for the new season
beginning in September 2010.
- Common Ground Fair:
September 25 and 26 in Unity, Maine. Learn how to raise chickens,
hear great tunes, and eat yummy food, all inspired by organic local
MOFGA. Matt performs at the Sunflower Stage for families at 10:00 a.m.
and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 26.
